Why magnesium bisglycinate over other forms?
Bisglycinate is the form most clinically studied for absorption, tolerance and bioavailability. It is gentle on the stomach and doesn't cause the bloating or laxative effects associated with cheaper forms like oxide or citrate.
How much elemental magnesium does each dose contain?
225 mg of pure elemental magnesium per daily dose (3 capsules). This is the number that actually matters, many products quote total compound weight, of which only around 10% may be usable elemental magnesium.
When is the best time to take magnesium?
Most people take magnesium in the evening with food to support muscle relaxation and restful sleep. Splitting the dose across the day is also fine.
Will it help with sleep?
Magnesium supports normal nervous system function and muscle relaxation, which many people find helps them wind down and sleep more restfully, especially when paired with our Sleep Well formula.

How do you test your supplements for quality and safety?
Every raw ingredient is tested for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial contaminants and purity before it ever enters production. Every finished batch is then lab tested for potency and contaminants, and we hold full lab reports and Certificates of Analysis for every batch, available on request.

Hyoomen is a UK based company. Our products are manufactured in an FDA registered and inspected facility with ISO 9001 certification, using ingredients sourced from trusted and traceable suppliers. As many of the botanicals are not grown in the UK, in order to manufacture the premium product we have developed that actually works, we have sourced them from the origins of where they came, which has been global. Anything less would be an insult to our belief in its efficacy.
