What part of the Lion's Mane mushroom does Hyoomen use?
Only the fruiting body, the part of the mushroom that is genuinely rich in hericenones and erinacines, the compounds linked to Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) and cognitive performance. We never use mycelium grown on grain.
What does a 15:1 extract mean?
A 15:1 extract means 15 g of raw Lion's Mane fruiting body is concentrated into every 1 g of extract. Each 500 mg capsule delivers the active equivalent of 7,500 mg of raw mushroom.
How does Lion's Mane support focus and memory?
Hericenones and erinacines have been shown to support the body's production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), which plays a key role in the growth, maintenance and survival of neurons, supporting memory, learning and long-term brain health.
Can I take Lion's Mane with coffee or caffeine?
Yes. Lion's Mane is non-stimulating and pairs well with coffee or matcha for sustained, calm focus without the jitters.
Is it safe for daily use?
Lion's Mane has a long history of safe daily use. Take 1 capsule daily with water, ideally with a meal. Consistency over several weeks gives the best results.
How long until I notice a difference?
Most people feel meaningful benefits within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Supplements work cumulatively, consistency matters far more than dose size. For best results, take every day as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
How do you test your supplements for quality and safety?
Every raw ingredient is tested for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial contaminants and purity before it ever enters production. Every finished batch is then lab tested for potency and contaminants, and we hold full lab reports and Certificates of Analysis for every batch, available on request.

Hyoomen is a UK based company. Our products are manufactured in an FDA registered and inspected facility with ISO 9001 certification, using ingredients sourced from trusted and traceable suppliers. As many of the botanicals are not grown in the UK, in order to manufacture the premium product we have developed that actually works, we have sourced them from the origins of where they came, which has been global. Anything less would be an insult to our belief in its efficacy.
