1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Hyoomen Supplements ("Hyoomen", "we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

2. Our products

All products sold by Hyoomen are food supplements intended to complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness or medical condition, and we make no medical claims or therapeutic promises in relation to them.

3. Quality & care

We take the greatest care in sourcing, formulating, manufacturing and packaging our supplements, and we work only with trusted suppliers. Each product is labelled with its ingredients, suggested use and any relevant warnings. It is your responsibility to read the label carefully before use.

4. Customer responsibility & acknowledgement

By purchasing and consuming our products you acknowledge and agree that:

• You purchase and consume our products entirely at your own risk.
• It is your responsibility to research each product and its ingredients, and to satisfy yourself that it is suitable and safe for you before use.
• You will check the ingredient list for anything you may be allergic or sensitive to, and discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reaction.
• You will consult a qualified doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, have any medical condition, or are giving the product to a child.
• You will follow the recommended dosage on the label and not exceed it.

5. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyoomen accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, illness, injury, allergic reaction, side effect or other adverse outcome arising from the purchase, use, misuse or consumption of our products. Any reliance you place on our products, labelling or website content is strictly at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
