Does Sleep Well contain melatonin?
No, and that's deliberate. Melatonin is a hormone that can leave people feeling groggy the next morning and may disrupt the body's own natural production over time. Sleep Well uses five traditional 10:1 herbal extracts to work with your nervous system instead.
What's in the formula?
Valerian Root 10:1 (200 mg, 1.6 mg valerenic acid), Lemon Balm 10:1 (100 mg), Passionflower 10:1 (100 mg), Hops 10:1 (100 mg) and Lavender 10:1 (100 mg), every botanical concentrated 10× against standard 1:1 powders.
Will I feel groggy in the morning?
No. Because there is no melatonin, users typically wake feeling rested and clear-headed rather than heavy or hungover.
Is it habit-forming?
No. Sleep Well is non-habit-forming and safe for nightly use. It supports your body's own sleep mechanisms rather than overriding them.
When should I take it?
Take 1 capsule 30–60 minutes before bed with water.
How long until I notice a difference?
