Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hyoomen, your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do — and that includes making sure you're completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- In a re-sellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return postage costs — at no charge to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@hyoomen.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
- Post your item, securely packaged, to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service — return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement pouches or items with broken seals — unless they are faulty.
