What strength of ashwagandha does Hyoomen use?
Hyoomen Ashwagandha is a high-strength 25:1 root extract, delivering 500 mg per daily dose with a guaranteed 25 mg of withanolides, equivalent to 12,500 mg of raw root. Most high-street brands use low-strength 1:1 powders with only trace withanolide content.
What are withanolides and why do they matter?
Withanolides are the naturally occurring active compounds in ashwagandha responsible for its adaptogenic effects, helping the body modulate cortisol, balance the stress response and support recovery. Our extract guarantees 25 mg per dose.
When should I take ashwagandha, morning or night?
