📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


❗ Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

Some supplements may be sensitive to heat or cold. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee protection against extreme weather conditions once the package is in transit.


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
